Provide surveying, land planning and engineering for 660 unit residential planned community. Services included surveying, land planning, landscape architecture and engineering of the project to update the Master Plan and construction drawings to add a marketing entrance and remove a signification portion of Legion Road. Plans included revisions to water, sanitary sewer, roadway, grading, storm water management and sediment & erosion control. Other services included, berm and grading plans, planning and engineering the twin-home portion of the project, due diligence and marketing materials.
