Solutions, IPEM provided civil engineering and graphic design for a 183 unit single family and townhouse section of the overall Baywood Greens community. The final site plan was prepared for submission and review by the Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission. The plan included site bearings and distances, townhouse dimensions, roadway sections for streets and alleys, as well as proposed utilities and street lighting. A rendering was prepared for marketing purposes.
