Provide surveying, land planning and engineering for 443 unit residential community across from Stonewater Creek. Services included surveying, land planning, landscape architecture and engineering of the project to convert it from a standard subdivision to a cluster plan. Plans included to water, sanitary sewer, roadway, grading, stormwater management and sediment & erosion control. Other services included, berm and grading plans, regional stormwater outfall studies, negotiation with DelDOT regarding improvements to Cannon Road and coordination with the Contractor regarding earthwork balancing.
