Provided regional planning, entitlement and political/public relations coordination for this state of the art regional treatment facility designed to serve approximately 3,700 homes and/or other uses.  The facility will treat sewerage and dispose of treated effluent via land-based irrigation and rapid infiltration basins.  The project also provides benefits to the farmer in terms of irrigation water, lower operations cost, a higher yield harvest, lease payments, and will sustain the small farm as a way of life.
