Solutions IPEM was contracted to perform due diligence and land planning for The Villages at Red Mill Pond. Services involved verifying the current status of the subdivision, including permits, construction, and lot sales. Planning and engineering services included correcting the setbacks and lots on the subdivision plat to allow for a greater variety of home styles. The northern and southern section of the community was re-planned for value engineering purposes to save construction costs associated with sewer, storm drainage and roadway.
