Two possible Sussex County, Delaware, locations have been proposed for the American College of Delaware. Solutions IPEM developed this conceptual plan for this particular site such that the campus would be integrated into suburban mixed use residential community offering both commercial uses and residential housing alternatives for staff and students.
The campus plans each consider administrative functions, teaching space, sports facilities, student life buildings, dormitories and cultural facilities. The plans anticipate the following at build-out:
Admin. staff: 200+
Undergraduates: 2,500+
Postgraduates: 400+
Campus: 70 acres
Athletics: Several sports teams anticipated
