Client: Tanger Outlets

Provide surveying, land planning and engineering the parking/pedestrian improvements and building expansion. Services included surveying, land planning, landscape architecture and engineering of the project to add an addition to the existing shopping center and improve the pedestrian mobility by adding a raised sidewalk. Plans included to grading, storm water management and sediment & erosion control.
