Provide surveying, land planning and engineering for several phases within the Stonewater Creek community. Services included full surveying and engineering of Phase 5.3 to improve the earthwork balance. Plans included water, sanitary sewer, roadway, grading, stormwater management and sediment & erosion control. An infiltration basin was designed to improve drainage and reduce the amount of fill required. Other services included, regarding of Phases 6.1 and 6.2, drainage improvement to roadside swales in Phases 3 and 4, maintenance of regional drainage ditch, updating and revising subdivision plats, review and improvements to entry features and construction engineering services.
