Solutions IPEM provided construction baseline stakeout for the Rehoboth Beach Ocean Outfall project in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Work included establishing the construction baseline, setting of offset control points for the directional drilling rig, monitoring the pipeline installation, and review of the pipeline as-built drawings.
