Newquist Residence

Ocean City, Maryland

The Newquist residence is located on Wight Street & the dunes near 38th street in Ocean City, Md.  The project consisted of the demolition of an existing residential dwelling and the construction of a new residential dwelling.  Work included location of existing improvements, preparation of a Site Plan for the new dwelling, construction stakeout of the building and pilings, Elevation Certificate preparation, and Asbuilt Survey after construction completion.
