Solutions IPEM, LLC provided a full suite of services, including surveying, land planning, architectural, civil, and structural engineering, for the development of a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse building within the 253-home Chase Oaks community. This clubhouse serves as the centerpiece of a larger amenities complex designed to enhance the community’s recreational and social offerings. The complex features a large, zero-entry swimming pool with a splash pad, a spacious pool deck, pickleball courts, and landscaped outdoor seating areas, offering residents diverse options for relaxation and fitness.
The clubhouse is designed to accommodate gatherings and leisure activities, featuring a large lounge area with a stone fireplace, an exercise room, and shower and bathroom facilities for pool users. The construction cost for the clubhouse was approximately $1.2 million, further underscoring the project’s emphasis on creating a high-quality, well-designed communal space that enhances the living experience at Chase Oaks.

Solutions IPEM, LLC provided architectural, structural, and civil engineering design services for a 133-unit townhome community, which also included the design of a pool building. The townhomes were developed in three distinct unit types, arranged in clusters or "strings" of 3 to 5 units, providing a variety of layouts to cater to different homeowner preferences and needs.
These townhomes exhibit a modern coastal architectural style, characterized by clean lines, neutral-toned siding, and a blend of traditional and contemporary elements. The facades feature gable roofs with decorative board-and-batten detailing, complemented by large overhangs and pergola-style awnings that enhance curb appeal and provide shade. The integration of covered porches and second-story balconies promotes indoor-outdoor living, while the use of light-colored materials and contrasting shutters adds depth and visual interest. Thoughtfully placed windows maximize natural light, and the overall design emphasizes both functionality and aesthetic harmony within the community.
