Solutions IPEM, LLC provided architectural services for a 4-story, mixed-use commercial and residential development located in Stevensville, Maryland. The project featured 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, designed to accommodate various retail and office tenants. The three upper floors housed a total of 60 apartments, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, catering to diverse tenant needs.
A standout feature of the development was the rooftop deck, which included a partial green roof - the first of its kind in Queen Anne’s County—demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design and environmental responsibility. This green roof not only enhanced the building's aesthetic appeal but also contributed to energy efficiency and stormwater management.

Solutions IPEM provided existing conditions documentation, Schematic Design and Permit Document preparation for this 6,000 sf waterfront residence, located in the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club. The site and existing structure presented a unique opportunity for renovation, but was ultimately demolished, with the new residence referencing the outline of the previous residence. Program includes large Master wing plus 4 bedrooms and an office, 4.5 baths, 2-story great room and entry, playroom, and multiple decks for outdoor recreation.
Solutions IPEM provided Design and Permit Document services for this 5,100 sf private residence located in Millsboro, Delaware. Program includes open concept great room and kitchen spaces, opening into a vaulted screen porch or entertaining. The Owner's wing include spacious bedroom with sitting area, custom shower, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with private baths and an office are located on the first floor. The program incorporates a side entry 3-bay garage with lofted woodshop off the front of the residence, creating a courtyard style driveway approach.
