Functional Layout
Spaces are organized into three zones: exam and testing rooms along the perimeter, centralized admin areas, and flexible common spaces. Circulation is intuitive, separating staff and patient flow while supporting multiple providers within distinct suites.
Design & Site Integration
The clean, modern exterior features cream stucco and wood-toned accents that frame the entry and break up the façade. Ample glazing enhances daylight and transparency, while surrounding trees soften the site and provide a calming atmosphere.
Community Impact
Designed to expand access to care in southern Kent County, the facility offers adaptable space for a variety of specialties. Its modest scale and approachable materials create a welcoming, community-oriented healthcare environment.

The design accommodates outpatient services across a wide range of specialties, balancing private clinical space with shared common areas to maximize functionality, comfort, and efficiency.

Each tenant suite includes dedicated exam rooms, testing spaces, and administrative offices, anchored by large central admin cores. Circulation is clear and centralized, creating intuitive paths for patients and staff while maintaining separation between public and private zones. Shared common areas provide flexible support for waiting, reception, and staff needs.
Design Efficiency
The floor plan prioritizes adjacency and flow, with clinical spaces organized around key support zones for optimized care delivery. Exam and testing rooms are placed along the perimeter for natural light, while interior areas house administrative workstations and back-of-house functions to ensure operational clarity.
